Abstract |

Knowledge education for information specialists in Library & Information science department in Masters Degree at Saudi Arabia still need more studies which involve in some specialized sectors such knowledge management. The study used analytical contents for the studies held in Mecca conference in 2007 about labor needs and LIS education conducted by Saudi library association. Also applied the model of Sujad Alrahman studies` as a tool to design that track. From this point the study took three models of Master degree in USA to start designing knowledge management in Saudi Arabia LIS departments. Also the study evaluated the LIS masters in King Abdul Aziz University, Imam Mohammed Bin Saud University, and collage of Arts for Women, to now their abilities to develop its track towards knowledge management. |
